Peter Esho has forged a solid reputation as an expert in his field both in the media and on the coworking floor.

Appearing on ABC News, Sky News & Bloomberg Peter is Sydney’s go-to man for real estate sales and advisory.

Taking 5 minutes from his hectic schedule, Peter explains to Gravity why he loves what he does.

Can you tell us a bit about your business Esho Property Group?

We run a real estate advisory firm called Esho Property Group. Our focus is on helping advice clients on all their real estate matters, particularly in the investment space. Over the past ten years, we have advised on more than $500m of investments in Australia.

What is your working background?

I started my career in corporate strategy and insolvency, before moving into stock market investments where I worked with Nasdaq listed Morningstar Inc. I then joined UK based City Index and Japanese broking firm Invast Securities before starting Esho Property Group.

What made you decide that Gravity is the coworking space for you?

I actually came across Gravity through one of their competitors. I was after a high quality space, having been based in the Sydney CBD all my working life and it was suggested to me to check out Gravity. This is a testament of Gravity’s quality and working environment. When your competition refers you clients, you must be doing something right.

What is one of your greatest work achievements?

The greatest achievement was building a team from scratch at Invast, thanks to strong support from our Japanese owners. This provided a platform for growth and momentum when starting Esho Property Group.

Tell us what you love most about what you do.?

Helping clients set plans and then turning those plans into actions and results is one of the most satisfying things in the world. This is what inspires our team.

Favourite book?

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People (this is our staff training manual).

Go hard or go home. Don’t doubt yourself, have the courage to start from scratch and make things happen.
